AISI 446 is a nonhardenable, chromium steel with good resistance to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures where stress conditions are low. Has been used for furnace parts, kiln linings, and annealing boxes.
Available forms of AISI 446 are round bar, pipe, tube and forgings.
